Games for Families With More Partners Than Ever Before
The Games for Families trade fair roadshow from Planetlan has reached and exceeded pre-pandemic levels in terms of the number of partners. Nineteen companies with over 30 brands will be participating in the fall events.
The fact that planetlan has once again attracted such a large number of partners so quickly with its roadshow concept is also due to the consistent expansion of the market segments represented. Today, the Games for Families exhibition, which tours Germany as part of popular consumer fairs, features computer and video games as well as board and card games, hybrid and educational games, and toys. The common thread is family suitability, which excludes games that depict violence.
As planetlan has now announced, the two fall dates for Games for Families 2025 will take place with a total of 19 partners, who will bring over 30 brands to the venue. This exceeds the figures from 2019.

This fall, Games for Families will take place at offerta in Karlsruhe and spielraum in Dresden. Several thousand square meters will be occupied. As is customary with Games for Families, Planetlan will take care of the entire presentation, meaning that partners do not have to allocate any personnel resources for the events.
Even though Planetlan is back to 2019 levels in terms of partners for Games for Families, in terms of the total number of exhibitions and thus the number of consumers reached, the company is deliberately scaling back. Before the pandemic, Planetlan reached around one million people with just under ten trade fair participations per year.
