Gentle Troll partners with Cosy TikToker Quincy's Tavern

Not only has "Tavern Talk" reached 100,000 euro mark on Kickstarter, Gentle Troll has also announced a cooperation with Quincy's Tavern, one of the biggest cosy atmosphere TikTokers. The two characters Quincy and Minthie from their Lucky Gryphon fantasy universe will be part of the cosy game from Würzburg, Bavaria.

Shortly before the Kickstarter cracked the 100,000 euro mark after just half the runtime and thus reached five times the requested amount, developer Gentle Troll Entertainment from Würzburg announces a major cooperation. The TikTok channel Quincy's Tavern will become part of the world of "Tavern Talk" with their two characters Quincy and Minthie.

Quincy's Tavern is a role-playing influencer channel where viewers become part of the fictional inn The Lucky Gryphon and can relax in the cosy atmosphere to drink recipes from the videos. Quincy's Tavern, which has 4.9 million followers on TikTok, announced the collaboration in a video yesterday. The TikTok community is added to by the fanbase of the extended universe around The Lucky Gryphon, which includes a podcast, several novels and a recipe book.

"Tavern Talk" has, apart from the Kickstarter success, made quite a name on Steam as well. Currently, the game stands at over 33,000 wishlist entries on Valve's storefront. The shop page also gives players access to a demo.
