Rockstar Games, Label von Take 2 Interactive, hat mit Interscope Records, Teil der Universal Music Group, ein Joint Venture zum Soundtrack von "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" abgeschlossen. Details zu den Künstlern und den Musikstücken auf dem Soundtrack will man erst kurz vor dem US-Release am 19. Oktober 2004 veröffentlichen.
