Die Kunden haben das Hammerpreis-Konzept von Koch Media angenommen. Mit "Gothic II" führte ein Titel aus dem Budget-Programm die Media-Control-Charts Juli im Segment PC Games unter 28 Euro an. Und das gerade einmal zwei Monate nach Markteinführung. Weitere Chartsplatzierungen wurden für "SpellForce: The Order Of Dawn" (Platz 5), "Hotel Gigant" (Rang 13), "Singles - Flirt Up Your Life!" (Platz 17) und "Die Gilde Gold Edition" (Rang 18) verzeichnet. "Dass wir nach kurzer Zeit schon einen Nummer-eins-Hit haben, zeigt uns, dass wir mit dem Konzept eine Lücke füllen und dass im Handel Bedarf nach alternativen Vermarktungsformen besteht", ist Dietmar Tönges, Vertriebsleiter von Koch Media, überzeugt.
