Hero's Hour 2 is a turn-based RPG/auto-battler and the sequel to the popular 2022 game, Hero's Hour. The game challenges players to build grand cities, raise armies and engage in large-scale battles to vanquish all foes. Heroes lead unique factions, bringing countless possibilities as they command armies of the living, the dead, and everything in between. The game blends turn-based strategic nation-building with RPG and auto-battling mechanics. Each faction features unique heroes, units, buildings and skills, ensuring that they play differently and presenting varied opportunities to exploit for maximum effect.

"We're thrilled to partner with the amazing devs building Hero's Hour 2," says Hooded Horse CEO Tim Bender. "The first game inspired a passionate and dedicated community, and the sequel expands on that foundation to take the experience to new heights."

Hero's Hour 2 is being created by a cooperative of developers. The original creator of Hero's Hour, Benjamin Hauer, has teamed up with the developers of Seer's Gambit, Unleash the Giraffe, as well as the solo developer LautaroArino. "Hooded Horse was the only publisher we were confident would give us the support needed to build a worthy sequel to the original Hero's Hour," says Benjamin Hauer. "With their amazing team at our back, we can fully focus on developing the vision we have for Hero's Hour 2 and create a truly fantastic game."

The game will be localized from English into German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Hero's Hour 2 is coming to PC via Steam Early Access. No specific release period was mentioned.

Hooded Horse is a publisher of strategic and tactical games. Its portfolio, which now stands at nearly 50 titles, includes Manor Lords, Against the Storm, Endless Legend 2, Old World, Norland, and Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, Super Fantasy Kingdom, and 9 Kings (in collaboration with Instinct3).
