Konami of Europe und Bienengraeber haben ihre Zusammenarbeit beim Vertrieb in Deutschland in beidseitigem Einvernehmen beendet. Davon unberührt bleibt allerdings die Kooperation in Österreich und in der Schweiz. Bienengraeber hatte seit Anfang der 90er Jahre das Nintendo-Sortiment von Konami in Deutschland distribuiert. Seit '95 baute Konami kontinuierlich die Organisation in Deutschland aus, die bislang für den Vertrieb der Sony PlayStation- und Sega-Sortimente verantwortete. Künftig wird Konami auch die Distribution der Nintendo-Produkte selbst führen.
