Für die Anmeldung in PlayStation-Network-Accounts lässt Sony Interactive Entertainment ab sofort Passkeys zu.

Mit einer neuen Anmeldemethode will Sony Interactive Entertainment PlayStation-Accounts sicherer machen. Ab sofort können Passkeys genutzt werden, um sich bei PlayStation einzuloggen. Statt einem Passwort werden dann sekundäre Geräte wie ein Mobiltelefon und eine aus Fingerabdruck, Face-ID und PIN-Eingabe auswählbare Einlogg-Methode genutzt. Die Einrichtung eines Passkeys erfolgt über die Einstellung im PlayStation Network.
