The 1SP Agency group continues to grow and has acquired New Fluence. The Austrian agency specialises in micro-influencer marketing and viral campaigns. Moritz Lechner and Chris Pollak, the founders and managing directors of New Fluence, will remain on board.

The management of 1SP Agency describes the acquisition of New Fluence as another milestone on the way to becoming an international "superagency". It adds micro-influencer marketing to existing services in PR, creator marketing, social media, retail marketing and AR / VR solutions. New Fluence has made a name for itself in the GSA and Benelux markets with social media campaigns. Its clients include companies from the consumer electronics, technology, gaming and other sectors, such as brands like Coca Cola, Beiersdorf, C&A and Waterdrop. The company was founded by Moritz Lechner and Chris Pollak. Both remain as managing directors and have an entrepreneurial stake in the success of both New Fluence and 1SP. The parent company of New Fluence was Freebiebox GmbH.

"We are delighted to have 1SP Agency as a partner who shares our vision of authentic and effective micro-influencer marketing," said Moritz Lechner, co-founder and CEO of New Fluence. Co-managing director Chris Pollak adds: "The expertise and network of 1SP Agency and all its family members provides us with the ideal foundation to significantly expand our services and reach internationally. Our goal remains to help businesses grow and build long-term customer loyalty through authentic and sustainable brand messaging on social media."

Torsten Oppermann, Managing Director of 1SP Agency, is also pleased: "The acquisition of New Fluence will help us to pursue our strategic growth targets in the long term and strengthen the micro-influencer marketing division within the group. With Moritz and Chris, we are also gaining two strong entrepreneurs for 1SP Agency, who will be a great asset to us in many areas with their speed and energy."

New Fluence will now have increased resources and international reach to further develop its campaigns and reach a broader client base. There will also be close collaboration with MSM.digital Communications in Hamburg and UK-based RenaissancePR to create synergies for the group across national borders.
