Beans Entertainment is setting the course for the future. Robert Mietusch is the new Co-CEO and will lead the company alongside founder Arno Heinisch. Mietusch has taken over the role with immediate effect, succeeding Heiko Gogolin, who left the company at the end of October 2025. The last few years have been challenging for Beans Entertainment. As part of a process of structural consolidation, the company underwent a reorganisation in 2025 and had to part with a significant proportion of its workforce. This process was necessary to stabilise the company.

Robert Mietusch joined the former Rocket Beans Entertainment as a junior producer in 2016. After holding various roles, including producer, senior producer and head of production, he was appointed COO in 2022, thereby joining the management team. He now assumes overall responsibility as Co-CEO with immediate effect.

Speaking about his new Co-CEO, Arno Heinisch said: "Robert is a powerhouse with a clear vision and strong entrepreneurial instincts. He is highly committed and determined. I am delighted to have someone like him at the helm of our company.”

Robert Mietusch on his new role: "I am looking forward to the responsibility. The task now is to maintain the economic stability of Beans Entertainment and to develop its content strength consistently, because that is what this company stands for. I firmly believe in our team, and I am confident that together we will find new strength."
