The next bus simulation game from astragon Entertainment is Bus Simulator 27. This time, however, the game has been developed by the Polish studio Simteract. Previous instalments were created by stillalive studios.

Astragon Entertainment and developer Simteract have announced the development of Bus Simulator 27. In both single-player and cooperative multiplayer modes, players can build and manage their own bus company in an open world. Set in the fictional city of Felicia Bay, Bus Simulator 27 introduces a new game environment inspired by Southern Europe and powered by Unreal Engine 5. Thanks to new officially licensed brands and models, the game promises the most extensive bus fleet in the series' history.

Bus Simulator 27 is being developed by Polish studio Simteract, creators of Train Life and Taxi Life. The company uses proprietary technologies, including Traffic AI and City Generator, to create realistic urban environments. No release date has been announced, but the game is set to be released for PC (Epic Games Store, Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Previous instalments in the Bus Simulator series, including Bus Simulator 21: Next Stop, Bus Simulator 18 and Bus Simulator 16, were developed by Austrian studio stillalive. However, the studio remains loyal to the genre and is now working on Bus Bound, which will be published by Saber Interactive.
