Songs of Silence by Chimera Entertainment was originally scheduled to be released in Early Access on Steam on 23 May. After the successful Kickstarter campaign, the Munich-based development team needs a little more time and has moved the release date to early June.

Chimera Entertainment has delayed the Early Access release of Songs of Silence by almost two weeks. The strategy game will now be released in Early Access for PC on 4 June. The announcement reads: "As you know, we had initially set the release for May 23rd, but with new stretch goals to work on, plus plenty of amazing feedback and suggestions from our community, we're shifting that slightly. We're now going to be launching into Early Access on Steam on June 4th, 2024. We are taking some extra time to add the last bits of content and to polish everything to ensure the game meets your expectations and ours. This includes balancing gameplay based on the feedback we've received, which has been incredibly insightful and constructive."

Chimera Entertainment is also in the process of setting up the post Kickstarter campaign pledge manager with Backerkit, where players you can extend an existing pledge or create a new one. "All physical rewards are on the same timescale as the development of version one of the game, with the goal to complete and deliver around late Summer, 2024. We're still calculating delivery costs, but we'll be back with more information on that very soon." Finally, the company is proactively looking for content creators to stream Songs of Silence on their channel.
