Next Womenize! Event Planned in Berlin in Early June
Womenize! Games and Tech is returning to Berlin as an in-person event on 3 June. Details of the programme for what is now the 11th conference for women, non-binary people and all marginalised voices in the games and tech industry will be announced at a later date.
In a ‘save the date’ post, Womenize! has announced a new edition of its in-person event, which is currently in the planning stages. The conference is scheduled for 3 June. The venue will once again be the Institut Français Berlin, where Womenize! has already taken place twice since 2024 following the COVID-19 hiatus.
Specific details regarding the program or the speakers are not yet available. Ticket sales have not yet begun either. In the past, however, Womenize! has consistently distinguished itself as an event for women, non-binary individuals and marginalised voices in the games and tech industries, combining formats such as talks and panels with practical workshops and networking opportunities.
In addition to the conference, Womenize! offers consulting support in the area of diversity. Throughout the year, Womenize! also publishes a weekly interview series featuring women and non-binary individuals from the games and tech industries, which both inspire and raise visibility. GamesMarkt republishes the Inspiring Stories interviews by Madeleine Egger, which are available under her author tag.
