Nominierungen für die BAFTA Games Awards 2022

Insgesamt 39 Spiele sind für die BAFTA Games Awards 2022 nominiert worden. Den "Best Game Award" kann "Deathloop", "Forza Horizon 5", "Inscryption", "It Takes Two", "Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart" oder "Returnal" gewinnen.
Die BAFTA hat die Nominierungen für die BAFTA Games Awards 2022 bekannt gegeben. Mit den Awards sollen die besten Spiele des Jahres 2021 gefeiert werden - sowohl auf britischer als auch internationaler Ebene. Die Preisverleihung findet am 7. April 2022 in der Queen Elizabeth Hall in London statt und wird live auf den sozialen Kanälen der BAFTA übertragen. Moderiert wird die Veranstaltung von Elle Osili-Wood.
Die Preise werden in 18 Kategorien vergeben. Die Nominierungen für 16 Kategorien wurden heute angekündigt. Wer sich Hoffnungen auf einen Preis in den Bereichen "DarstellerIn in einer Hauptrolle" und "DarstellerIn in einer Nebenrolle" machen kann, soll demnächst mitgeteilt werden. Alle Preise werden von den BAFTA-Mitgliedern gewählt, die sich aus Fachleuten der Spieleindustrie zusammensetzen - mit Ausnahme des EE Game of the Year Award, der von der interessierten Öffentlichkeit gewählt wird.
Insgesamt 39 Spiele sind nominiert worden. Jeweils acht Nominierungen entfallen auf "Returnal" und "It Takes Two". "Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart" wurde für sieben Awards vorgeschlagen. Sechsmal nominiert wurden "Forza Horizon 5" und "Psychonauts 2". "Deathloop" kommt auf fünf Nominierungen. Für den "Best Game Award" wurden "Deathloop", "Forza Horizon 5", "Inscryption", "It Takes Two", "Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart" und "Returnal" nominiert.
