"When you love something - set it free," writes Jan David Hassel on social media, announcing the free release of All Walls Must Fall by inbetweengames. The game was created by a trio from Berlin.

inbetweengames offers All Walls Must Fall - A Tech-Noir Tactics Game for free on PC. The company's team consisted of Paul Isaiah, Rafal Fedro and Jan David Hassel, who had come together in Berlin in 2015 to make indie games. These included The Mammoth: A Cave Painting and later All Walls Must Fall - A Tech-Noir Tactics Game. The latter was released on PC in 2018, followed by a Switch version. The three developers are now working on other projects at other companies; Hassel is at EA Dice, for example, while Fedro spent several years at Yager and is now working on an unannounced project.

The developers write on Steam: "It's been 6 years since we released All Walls Must Fall, and we've decided that we'd love if everyone who always wanted to play but never quite got around to buying it has the opportunity. So it's now totally free on Steam and itch.io! We hope you enjoy playing our tech-noir tactics game that we made. We put a lot of our hearts into it, and while we've all moved on to other projects now, that time we made our own little indie game will always be special to us."
