Die ersten Linux-Spiele sind bald im Handel. Der Nürnberger Distributor Suse hat von Loki Entertainment Software den europaweiten Vertrieb für Linux-Games übernommen. Als erster Titel für das Linux-Betriebssystem soll in zwei Wochen "Civilization: Call To Power" in den Handel kommen. Unter anderem wird Media Markt das Spiel vertreiben.
