Rainer Rosenbusch Succeeds Christian Müller as Computec CEO

Computec Media is restructuring its management team in the middle of the year: CEO Christian Müller is leaving the company at his own request, and Co-Managing Director Rainer Rosenbusch will become the new CEO. Thilo Bayer, Jens-Ole Quiel, Daniel Waadt and Markus Wollny will form the new Management Board.
Change at the top of Computec Media. Christian Müller is stepping down as CEO of the Nuremberg-based media company on 30 June. He will be succeeded by Rainer Rosenbusch, who knows Computec very well from his many years as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Rosenbusch is also CFO of Marquard Group.
At the same time as the change at the top, a new Management Board will be established. It consists of Thilo Bayer (Head of Content), Jens-Ole Quiel (Head of Sales), Daniel Waadt (Head of Business Development) and Markus Wollny (Head of Web Development). Thilo Bayer takes over management of the entire content division.
Rainer Rosenbusch comments: "I look forward to continuing to successfully shape the future of the company together with the management board. Building on the foundation that Christian and the team have built up over the past few years, we will continue to develop the company with great passion and strategic focus," says Rainer Rosenbusch.
And Christian Müller adds: "After three decades of intensive and fulfilling work for Computec – including six years as managing director – I have gone through a phase of personal reflection and reorientation in recent months. I have made the decision to let go of responsibility and rebalance my life. I am taking this step in gratitude for many valuable years, for great employees and for all that we have achieved together."
