More than 80 participants gathered at Space Hamburg. The day included confidential one-on-one sessions with the experts in attendance as well as presentations in the accompanying talk programme.

Jasmin Pfeiffer from DigiTales Interactive presented excerpts from one of her pitch decks, which secured a publishing deal for one of her games, and gave practical tips on the structure and optimisation of pitch decks. Dennis Strümpel from ShoulderByte provided insights into the development of his game Drill Keeper and his journey as a solo developer. Max Kübler from Daedalic Entertainment explained the publisher's perspective in a fireside chat, and Simon Ledder from DLR provided information about federal funding for computer games. 

The experts available for one-on-one discussions also included Valentina Birke (Indie Arena Booth), Sören Lass (Games Consultant), Michael Krosta (United Games), Max Kübler (Daedalic Entertainment), Nina Müller (Goodgame Studios), Jasmin Oestreicher (Sidekick Publishing), Steffen Rühl (Games Consultant), Margarete Schneider (Gamecity Hamburg), Dennis Schoubye (Gamecity Hamburg) and Kristin von der Wense (Daedalic Entertainment) were also available for one-on-one discussions.

There was also time for networking and discussion between the various programme items. The organisers from Gamecity Hamburg were so pleased with Pitch Level Up that it has already been decided that it will continue in 2027.
