Announced in February, the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is now live for mobile. The game wants to streamline the card battles while simulating the rush of opening packs of visually appealing cards.

The Pokémon Company group has launched the new Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket app for iOS and Android today. The new game app had been announced on a Pokémon Day livestream in February (article in German).

The free to play app includes most aspects of the Pokémon TCG, like fighting and booster opening. Special features include the care taken in simulating the artworks and foil effects of the cards. The card game fights have also been optimised with a lean ruleset for mobile battles. More infos as well as the download links can be found on the game's site.
