Following a postponement of the original plans, SimRacing Expo will be held for the first time in the United States from 22 to 24 May, in Charlotte, one of the most important cities for motorsport in the United States. Charlotte is also home to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which also plays a role in tickets for SimRacing Expo Charlotte. Access to the Hall of Fame is included in the Golden Ticket, as is access to Charlotte Motor Speedway, where the Coca-Cola 600 will take place that weekend. The ticket, a kind of VIP package for the SimRacing Expo, includes a pre-race track pass and a seat in turn 4. Only 500 Golden Tickets will be sold in total. The price of the special ticket is 299 Dollar. The standard ticket for the first SimRacing Expo in the USA is 29 Dollar.
Parallel to the start of ticket sales, the first details about the exhibition were also announced. Among others, Asetek SimSports, eNASCAR, Fanatec, Giants Software, iRacing and Thrustmaster have already been confirmed as exhibitors.
“We’re thrilled to offer our attendees such a comprehensive motorsport package - from top tier exhibitors, to a multi-day stage show and the chance to see the Coca-Cola 600. And the surprises aren’t over, we’ll announce more attendees and experiences in the coming months,” said Michael Wamser, CEO of SimRacing Expo organisers, South West Vision USA.
As with the European editions, the SimRacing Expo in Charlotte will offer all visitors the opportunity to try out games and hardware, find out about new products, and meet racing drivers. SimRacing Expo 2025 in Dortmund attracted around 24,000 visitors. In Germany, the 2026 exhibition will move from Dortmund to Frankfurt, where it will take place from 16 to 18 October.
