Through his work as Senior Project Manager & ESG (Environmental Social Governance) Advisor, Lukas Galinski himself created his new position. Since 1 November, he is responsible for Sustainability & Public Benefit Development at Instinct3.

The position was created through job crafting, as Galinski himself says on social media. Among others, Instinct3 CEO Jasmin Oestreicher made a particularly significant contribution by enabling Galinski to pursue this development. One of his future tasks, which he will perform under the job title of Development of Sustainability & Public Benefit, is to make Instinct3 more socially and ecologically sustainable. His responsibilities also include establishing charitable partnerships and projects in a targeted and systematic manner.

Galinski has been with the content creator, marketing and esports company Instinct3, based in the Berlin district of Spandau, for over four years, most recently as a Senior Project Manager and ESG Advisor. Until 2020, he was an esports project manager at the agency Jung von Matt/Sports, the sister agency of Jung von Matt/Nerd, which founded the esports organization Eintracht Spandau with Instinct3 in 2021.
