Auf alle von Tchibo vertriebenen technischen Geräte gibt es ab sofort drei Jahre Garantie.

Ab sofort bietet Tchibo auf alle technischen Artikel anstatt der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen zwei Jahre insgesamt drei Jahre Garantie. Grund dafür sind "intensive Qualitätstests" für die von Tchibo unter der Eigenmarke TCM vertriebenen Produkte, die es ermöglichen würden, eine verlängerte Garantie auf elektronische, optische und technische Geräte zu gewähren.
