At first glance, the combination of the words ‘horror’ and ‘charts’ doesn't exactly suggest good sales. However, when it comes to Resident Evil, things are different. The new game from the most famous horror game IP, Resident Evil Requiem, has achieved a clear start-to-finish victory, as they say in sports. Above all, Resident Evil Requiem has managed to push EA Sports FC 26 into second place, at least for the moment. It's clear to everyone that the football game will nevertheless remain a permanent fixture in the top ten, probably until the release of the next EA Sports FC.
Apart from the dramatic change at the top, the changes in the German top 20 are limited. In addition to a few re-entrants, Square Enix's Dragon Quest VII Reimagined is the main new entry in the list. Congratulations!
Note: The number in brackets indicates the position in the previous month. RE means a re-entry into the charts, New means a position in the top 20 for the first time.
