Travian Games is continuing its expansion by moving into a new office in Cologne. Its subsidiary studio, Bright Future — responsible for titles such as Rail Nation and Port Liberty - will operate from these premises. The new office has a modern industrial loft design and has been specifically tailored to the needs of modern game development.

"With this new office, we are creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation optimally. Cologne has been a central location for our studio for many years, and with this step, we are investing in its future," says Jörg Strathaus, Bright Future Studio's Managing Director.

Following its relocation within Munich in 2023 to an office near the city's Olympic Park, Travian Games has continued its location strategy by making targeted investments in development environments for its teams. Travian Games reaches a global audience of 12.7 million people in 37 languages through its games.

Bright Future has been developing online and strategy games in Cologne since 2006, having joined the Travian Games Group in 2012. Travian Games also emphasises the importance of location at group level: "Our strategy is clear: we want to specifically strengthen and further develop our existing locations. After Munich, Cologne is another important building block for positioning our teams in the best possible way and achieving long-term growth," adds Viktor Pulz, CEO of the Travian Games Group.
