Am 5. August gaben Disney Interactive AG und Infogrames Deutschland in Frankfurt ein Abkommen bekannt (wir berichteten. Jetzt liegen weitere Details vor: Die Multimedia-Division der Walt Disney Company hat Infogrames die Rechte über Produktion, Handelsmarketing und Vertrieb aller deutschsprachigen PC-CD-ROMs von Disney Interactive übertragen. Der Vertrag betrifft Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz und ist seit 1. Juli 1999 gültig. "Dieses Abkommen bestärkt unsere Strategie, das Vertriebsnetz für CD-ROMs in diesen Ländern noch stärker auszubauen", sagte Roger Haefele, Country Director von Disney Interactive.
