Mateo Covic has revealed his next friendslop game, a typewriter battle called Cool Story Bro. He will self-publish the title this time. Paddle Paddle Paddle meanwhile has reached 225,000 units sold.
Mateo Covic alias ZoroArts, developer of Paddle Paddle Paddle and Maki's Adventure, has announced his new project. Cool Story Bro is a chaotic two to four player 'friendslop' game in which players write short stories based on random words and battle the other players at the typewriters.
Covic says he developed the game within four weeks. Paddle Paddle Paddle, his recent game and biggest success, was developed in a short timespan as well. Covic has also revealed to GamesMarkt that Paddle Paddle Paddle has reached 225,000 sales up until now.
Covic plans to release Cool Story Bro in self publishing. Paddle Paddle Paddle before had been published by Assemble Entertainment.
