Jan Halwe from ByteRockers' Games, Marilena Cassetta from Crytek and Astrid Gooding from Terminal3 are the jury for the Baltic Games Fest Awards. The awards ceremony will be hosted by Uke Bosse.

The Baltic Games Fest (BGF), which will take place on 11 to 12 April 2025 at the Holstenhallen Congress Center Neumünster, has announced the members of the jury and the host of the Baltic Games Fest Awards. Jan Halwe from ByteRockers' Games, Marilena Cassetta from Crytek and Astrid Gooding from Terminal3 will judge the exhibited games in the categories "Best Debut", "Special Award Schleswig-Holstein" and "Best Game". An audience award will also be presented during the ceremony.

"The jury for the Baltic Games Fest Awards is proof of the high quality of the event," says Jens Bahr, co-organiser of the Baltic Games Fest. " We are very happy that with Jan, Marilena and Astrid we have three experienced and renowned personalities from the games industry on board for our award." The evening will also be hosted by a prominent face from the industry. "We are delighted that Uke Bosse has accepted our invitation to host the Baltic Games Fest Awards ceremony," says Boris Zander. "His many years of experience and passion for video games make him the ideal choice.

The interest in exhibiting at the Baltic Games Fest is huge. With 42 teams, the exhibition area is completely booked out. "We are overwhelmed by the great interest and happy about the many registrations," says Dirk Iwersen, managing director of Holstenhallen. "It shows that Baltic Games Fest is an important meeting place for the indie games scene." A waiting list has been set up for interested teams.

Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH, in cooperation with Seal.Games and Off The Beaten Track, is organising the first Baltic Games Fest in the Holstenhallen Congress Center Neumünster. The Baltic Games Fest is the next step in the development of the B2B conference Baltic Dev Days, organised by Seal.Games in Kiel in 2019 and 2023.
