The Leipzig gaming fair is drawing nearer: From 17 to 19 April, caggtus takes place at Messe Leipzig in Saxonia. Now, the fair has released news about several new and updated areas on the event floors.

For the first time, there will an adult only area, called Lvl 18, in which USK18 rated games can be played. The Lvl 18 area will be provided in partnership with XMG and Razer.

With brands GameStar, GamePro, MeinMMO, Moviestar, and creators such as Tech Like Vera and Maurice Weber, Webedia occupies a significantly larger space at caggtus this year. While the Find Your Next Game show has been part of the fair in the last years, this time, Webedia will have an entire styled area on the floor, called FYNG City.

Furthermore, the Tabletop & TCG area will be significantly larger, the fair says. Specifically, 5,000 square meters, equalling about a fourth of a hall. There, the tabletop tournament German Major Series will be held in Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Killteam and Blood Bowl. TCG games will be represented by a new Card Show and several trader areas.

The fair also has appointed a "caggtus ambassador" for the first time this year, in the form of creator Linda "Baso". Apart from covering the whole fair in her formats, she'll have a show slot on Saturday.
