Constance to Consoles: On 1 May, the lovingly crafted German metroidvania Constance by Blue Backpack will release on Switch, PlayStation and Xbox digitally.

Constance from the Cologne department of btf daughter Blue Backpack has released its PC version in December of 2025. Now, the game comes to consoles: Blue Backpack and publisher Parco Games are bringing Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S out on 1 May 2025.
Constance is a hand-painted metroidvania with smooth movement abilities that follows closely in the vein of Hollow Knight or Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. You can read our original preview from last year here.
