With Big Fan Games, Devolver Games already presented a label in August that focuses on indie games adaptations of films, comics, TV shows and cult heroes. Now they are intensifying the search for partners.

Specifically, Big Fan Games is currently introducing itself as a new Devolver Digital label via a press release. According to the website, the label was launched in August. The new label wants to focus on indie adaptations of films, comics, TV shows and cult heroes. The team behind it has the relevant experience. According to the team, they have worked on brands such as Dune, Star Wars, Blade Runner, Lord of the Rings, Evil Dead, Blair Witch and The Power Rangers.

The type of games that can be expected from Big Fan Games can also be found on the website. The titles John Wick Hex, Reigns: Game of Thrones and Hellboy Web of Wyrd are assigned to the Big Fan Games catalogue.

However, the list is set to grow considerably soon. "Collectively, we’ve published a lot of different games on a lot of different platforms, some of which you might have even heard of. Our work includes collaborations with like-minded teams at Disney, Dark Horse Comics, Rebellion, Lionsgate, and more. We are actively working with these partners right now, with more on the way", said Big Fan Games in their press release.

And they add: "Have a favorite game you’ve always dreamed of rebooting or a cult classic film or book you'd love to see adapted into a game? We’d love to hear from you."
