Outersloth, the publishing unit of Among Us developer Innersloth, have released their publishing contract conditions following a GDC 2026 talk. The contract can be found on their website, for anyone to compare conditions with other publishing contracts.

Notable information include revenue shares (50/50 before recoup, 85/15 afterwards) as well as console porting support and requirements.

Outersloth is only the second indie publisher being this transparent, after Raw Fury published their conditions in 2020.
