The third edition of Simfest is currently running on Steam. Over 150 games will be showcased until 29 July, including many titles from GSA. This third-party event is presented by Fireshine Games, Stray Fawn, and Future Friends Games.

Regular and themed sales are a well-known feature of Steam. These include the current Simfest, which runs until 29 July. This is the third iteration of the simulation celebration. Over 150 games will be on show, with plenty of demos, discounts and livestreams. The event was organised by Stray Fawn Studio from Switzerland and Fireshine Games and Future Friends Games - both from the UK. The trailer was provided by Hooded Horse, the indie publisher behind some of the games in the promotion.

SimFest 2024's full lineup includes titles like Manor Lords, Euro Truck Simulator 2, and RimWorld. The team is also excited to showcase standout indie games like Timberborn, Dwarf Fortress, and House Flipper. There are also many games from GSA, including, for example:

Stray Fawn Studio is a ten-person indie game studio based in Zurich, Switzerland. The company focuses on the development of its own projects and expanded into indie game publishing in 2023. The company was founded by Micha Stettler and Philomena Schwab.

Fireshine Games is a global publisher of digital and physical video games based in London, originally founded in 2014 under the name Sold Out. They work with studios such as Team 17, Rebellion and Frontier Developments, as well as indie studios such as Pugstorm, Stonewheat & Sons, Spiral Circus, ColePowered Games and many more. Fireshine is part of the EG7 group.

Future Friends was established in 2017. Although initially focused on PR for indie developers, the company has branched out into publishing, helping to launch games such as Omno, Exo One, Laysara: Summit Kingdom and Summerhouse. They are currently working on Europa, Kibu, Exo Rally and Gourdlets.
