Electronic Arts liefert die neueste Version der Topsellerreihe "FIFA" aus. "FIFA 2000" wird damit morgen sowohl für PC als auch für PlayStation in den Verkauf gehen. Wie bereits berichtet, hat EA für "FIFA 2000" sowohl den Popstar und Ex-Take-That-Sänger Robbie Williams als auch den Bayern München-Star Mehmet Scholl gewinnen können. Williams neuester Song, "It's only us", wird im Intro des Spiels vorkommen, Scholls Konterfei wird auf 650.000 Units abgedruckt sein. Von den beiden Vorgängern, "FIFA 98 - Die WM Qualifikation" und "FIFA 99", wurden weltweit kumuliert rund 16 Mio. Einheiten verkauft.
