Die Vorstandsmitglieder von Electronics Boutique haben US-Medien zufolge größere Aktienpakete abgestoßen.

Seit der Bekanntgabe der geplanten Fusion mit GameStop verzeichnete die Electronics-Boutique-Aktie einen Kursanstieg um mehr als 30 Prozent. Der Vorstand nutzte US-Medien zufolge die Gelegenheit und verkaufte größere Aktienpakete aus Privatbesitz. So soll Jeff Griffiths, CEO des Unternehmens, 173.275 Aktien abgestoßen und damit rund 10,9 Mio. Dollar eingenommen haben. COO John Panichellos Einnahmen summieren sich den Berichten zufolge auf 9,4 Mio. Dollar, CFO James Smith soll Aktien im Wert von 2,8 Mio. Dollar verkauft haben.
