The survival ARPG Enshrouded from Frankfurt-based developer and publisher Keen Games now has more than three million players on PC. The game will be released in early access in January 2024. The team behind the game is also growing.

Keen Games, developers of the ARPG survival co-op crafting game Enshrouded, have announced that the game has surpassed the three million player milestone following its launch into Early Access on 24 January 2024. In nearly eight months, the team has delivered three major content updates, four patches and 16 hotfixes, as well as a handful of community-focused events. Keen Games has doubled in size since work began on Enshrouded. The longest serving member has been with the company for 19 years. The newest member joined at the beginning of August to help with QA.

Some statistics: - Over 90 million hours of Enshrouded have been played - Almost 150 million player deaths since launch - Nearly 700,000 players have reached the current level cap of level 25

Keen Games previously reached the milestone of one million players in just four days after launch, and two million in less than a month after Early Access launch. The team is continuing to grow the game during Early Access, with a full 1.0 launch on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles planned for 2025.
