The Stage 2 Final of the HanseMerkur Challengers DACH: Evolution will take place on 20 July in Cologne. Freaks 4U Gaming and Project V will host one of the biggest Valorant events for the GSA community.

The offline final of the HanseMerkur Challengers DACH: Evolution Stage 2 2024, organised by Freaks 4U Gaming and Project V (Valorant Regional Circuit in Germany, Switzerland and Austria), will take place on 20 July 2024 at the Xperion in Cologne, which can accommodate up to 1,000 fans (tickets). The final winner will get the chance to participate in the global Valorant Champions Tour.

"This event not only marks the climax of the HanseMerkur Challengers DACH: Evolution but also celebrates the vibrant and growing Valorant community in the DACH region," says Julia Weitzel, Head of Product Management at Freaks 4U Gaming. "Fans can look forward to a day filled with intense competition, entertainment, and community spirit. We are thrilled to bring together players and fans to experience the best of what Valorant DACH has to offer."

The highlight will be the showdown between MOUZ and CGN in the Best-of-5 final. Last stage, CGN emerged victorious with a close 3:2 win over MOUZ, now looking for a rematch. The event will also feature the Best of 3 final of Project Queens, which showcases the top female talent in the Valorant scene. In addition to the matches, the organisers will host an after party for fans, players and talents.

The HanseMerkur Challengers DACH: Evolution League is organised for aspiring talents from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The top teams from the top league in the GSA region qualify for the European play-offs. The winning team of the HanseMerkur Challengers DACH: Evolution will secure a place in the Valorant Ascension tournament, with the runners-up having the chance to qualify via the play-offs. This tournament offers the opportunity to compete for a place on the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT).
