GamesMarket Daily – 04 Nov 26: DEP Nominees, Sasha Volkohon, Xsolla, The Rabbit, Steam Charts, THQ Nordic, Serious Play Conf
The countdown is on – both for Games Ground in Berlin, where Xsolla is strengthening its GSA presence and the participants from The Rabbit are facing their first real test, and for the DEP, where the hosts and the nominations for the final category have been announced.
Now it’s time for the guessing game to start, dear readers,
as to which GSA game will claim the German Developer Award aka Deustcher Entwicklerpreis. Traditionally, the nominations for the main category are announced a few days later than those for the other categories, and at least two of the three titles were widely expected. The big question, however, is whether there really will be a neck-and-neck race between THE German games franchise, Anno, and the multi-nominated Corsair Cove. Perhaps Forever Ago will spring a surprise as the dark horse in the running. We can look forward to an exciting evening.
Here are the news of the day!
