Once again, the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW will bring five games from companies in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) to the Indie Arena Booth (IAB) at gamescom 2026. The package includes an exhibition space at the joint NRW booth, at least one exhibitor ticket, a feature on the IAB website, an invitation to IAB B2B events and more. To participate, teams only need to purchase the gamescom Media Package (€337 per team). The Film- und Medienstiftung NRW will cover all other costs.

Film- und Medienstiftung NRW explains the application process: "Fill out the regular Indie Arena Booth form and mark your application with the addition 'NRW' to make it clear that you are applying for the NRW@Indie Arena Booth 2026 package. If you habe already applied for the IAB, you can simply adjust your application. The application deadline is Monday, 13 April 2026."
