PR agency fischerAppelt has promoted Marilyn Salamov to Senior PR Account Executive for Technology. Salamov has worked her way through the ranks from Trainee over Junior and Regular at fischerAppelt.

The PR agency is an important agent in the games event space: They have taken over communications for gamescom congress in 2025 and are handling communications for the German Computer Game Awards (DCP). Salamov is one of the liaisons for both events at the agency.

Salamov says in a statement to GamesMarkt: "I am truly honored by this recognition and look forward to continuing to play an active role in shaping the digital industry in my new role—with this year’s German Computer Game Award in April, the next major highlight is just around the corner."
