The winners of the gamescom awards have been announced. Capcom won several awards for Resident Evil Requiem. Ubisoft impressed the jury with its booth designs in the business and entertainment area, while The Pokémon Company won the consumr voting for the Best Booth category.

There is little doubt that Resident Evil Requiem is the game of the show, at least according to the gamescom awards. The title won in the categories Best Visuals, Best Audio, Most Epic, and Best Sony PlayStation Game. Capcom also received the award for Best Lineup. In addition to Resident Evil Requiem, Capcom also brought Pragmata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword to Cologne.

Another important category of the gamescom awards is, of course, Best Booth. For the first time, the jury and the audience were able to vote separately. The jury also selected a booth from the business area. At least in the opinion of the jury, Ubisoft had the right touch when it came to booth design. Both the booth in the business area and the one in the entertainment area received the important award from the jury. The trade fair visitors, on the other hand, awarded the prize to The Pokémon Company's booth.
