Two gaming rooms have opened today at the nhow hotel in Berlin. Both rooms have been created in cooperation with SK Gaming. A "boot camp room" for esports athletes will open later this year.

nhow Hotels & Resorts, a brand of the international hotel group Minor Hotels, is opening two gaming rooms in Berlin equipped with PCs, PlayStation 5 and a gaming corner. Both rooms have been designed in collaboration with esports organisation SK Gaming. A boot camp room for esports players will also open at the nhow Berlin this year. Further gaming rooms are planned for other nhow Hotels & Resorts.

"nhow Hotels & Resorts and SK Gaming are the perfect synergy of hospitality and esports," said Christian Friedrich, Senior Commercial Director of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, which owns nhow Hotels & Resorts. "Our brands have been working together for three years and with the support of SK Gaming we can now offer the best possible service to passionate and professional gamers. We support e-gamers with excellent hotel services and SK helps us make our products 'gamer friendly' - SK Gaming certified gaming rooms.

"For several years now, Minor Hotels in Germany has been supporting us with its hospitality services in the areas of bootcamps, travel and events. With this step, nhow Berlin in particular is breaking new ground. In the future, we want to offer fans and athletes a home away from home on their travels. In Berlin, nhow is setting a milestone for all gamers with its gaming rooms and the upcoming boot camp option for professional teams," said Alexander Müller, CEO of SK Gaming.
