Starting today, indie developers can submit their games for a place in the Indie Arena Booth at gamescom 2024. The deadline is 21 April.

The Indie Arena Booth, the world's largest shared exhibition stand for indie developers, will be back at gamescom from 21 to 25 August 2024. Over 1,500 square metres of exhibition space will be available for selected indie studios to present their games to an international audience (submission). Following the closing date for entries, which is 21 April, a panel of industry judges will select the projects to be included in the line-up. Last year, more than 150 titles from 30 countries were selected from over 370 entries.

Interested participants can choose between Small Booth (2,500 euros), Big Booth (4,500 euros) and Arcade Booth (3,000 euros), depending on the scope and budget of their project. Regardless of the size, all categories come with an all-inclusive service (details). This year, the Indie Arena Booth is once again partnering with Nintendo Switch to offer free booth space to studios working on Switch games. Interested developers can apply for one of the limited spots via the Indie Arena Booth backend.

In addition to the physical exhibition, the popular Indie Arena Booth Steam Event will return, which counted almost 2.5 million views in 2023. The exclusive livestream with Shay Thompson will also be returning, which reached almost two million views in 2023.
