As announced by the property company May& co. Development, InnoGames will be leasing around 8,200 square metres of the seven-storey new building. In total, the N50 at Nordkanalstraße 50 in Hamburg-Hammerbrook will offer around 17,000 square metres of lettable space. According to the property developer, there is space for over 900 workstations. InnoGames itself is moving in with around 350 employees and is thus the anchor tenant of the new development.

“The agreement with InnoGames is an important milestone for the N50,” says Tim Oertling, Managing Director of May & Co. Development GmbH. “Innovative companies in particular are now looking for office space that offers more than just workspaces – it must facilitate interaction, foster a sense of identity and be a real magnet for employees. This is precisely what the N50 concept is designed to achieve.”

According to InnoGames, the company intends to continue focusing on modern, creative working environments with open communication zones and a variety of communal areas. Another planned highlight is a spacious event area for town hall meetings. “Our teams work in a highly collaborative and creative manner – this requires spaces that encourage interaction whilst also allowing for privacy,” says Michael Zillmer, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of InnoGames. “With the N50, we are creating an environment that offers precisely this balance and provides our team in Hamburg with an inspiring setting for the long term.”
