Following the departure of co-founders and CEOs Gorzel and Ruhe to the parent holding company, Jasmin Oestreicher will become the new CEO of Instinct3 from January. Gorzel will support her on an interim basis as Co-CEO.

As of 1st January, Jasmin Oestreicher will take over the management of the content creator agency Instinct3 from Johannes Gorzel and Hendrik Ruhe, who recently announced their resignation. Oestreicher was promoted to Director Business Strategy at the beginning of the year and now takes over the operational management of the agency, which is a subsidiary of I3 Holding. In this role, Jasmin Oestreicher was most recently responsible for the creative agency arm and business development of Instinct3 GmbH.

"Soon after I joined Instinct3, Hendrik and Johannes talked to me about a management position. Then as now, I was very honoured by the trust the shareholders placed in me. I have now had more than two years to experience and shape the day-to-day operations of the company, with an awareness of my future role. As Managing Director, my primary focus will be to adapt Instinct3's culture and offering to the ever-changing marketplace, while maintaining the shared values of our employees and founders. In the coming months we will of course be putting a number of things to the test - we are optimistic about our service portfolio and our organisational development. But one thing is clear: the Instinct3 team will continue to offer brands and creators a target-group-focused approach and creative excellence like no other gaming agency.

Jasmin Oestreicher will be joined on an interim basis by current Co-CEO Johannes Gorzel, who will take a passive role in the management and move into the operational side of the business: "In my role, I will support Jasmin in the first few months as an internal consultant and continue to sit in the same boat with her as Co-CEO for the time being. However, my operational focus at Instinct3 GmbH will clearly be on our artist HandOfBlood, new ventures related to HandOfBlood and the editorial teams of HandOfBlood and Eintracht Spandau. This will allow me to use my professional expertise to a greater extent again and to indulge my passion for product development," explains Gorzel.

"Johannes and I are very happy and grateful that Jasmin has quickly familiarised herself with the strategic and administrative aspects of Instinct3 GmbH over the past two years," says the other former Co-CEO, Hendrik Ruhe. "Now we would like to leave the field to her, so that she can use her view of the corporate culture and the market to usher in the next era of Instinct3 five years after its foundation. For me personally, this means that I will be completely withdrawing from Instinct3 GmbH and concentrating on personal consulting assignments, Eintracht Spandau and the business development of the surrounding group of companies under the parent company I3 Holding GmbH".
