Ab sofort firmiert ConnectiveCorp unter neuem Namen. Nachdem die angekündigte Fusion des Unternehmens mit dem US-Publisher Majesco Sales erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde, firmiert die Aktiengesellschaft nun unter Majesco Holding. Erster Handelstag der Aktien des fusionierten Unternehmens ist der 14 April. Das neue Börsenkürzel lautet MJSH.
