AppMagic Expands Into PC With Steam Analytics

Mobile analytics tool AppMagic expands to PC: From now on, users can see data for 130,000 Steam games and DLC. More functionality will be added A1 2026. AppMagic is also seeking to expand into console game data.
Mobile analytics tool AppMagic is adding PC analytics to its service in its coming market expansion: With today’s launch of Steam Analytics, the company is adding analytics for 130,000 titles and DLC released on Valve’s shop platform. The new PC data is integrated into the existing AppMagic service.
Currently, the Steam Analytics give info on DAU/MAU, Average Daily Playtime, Daily CCU, followers and prices information. In Q1 2026, more tools like regional user activity, wishlists, and reviews counts and ratings are supposed to follow. The company also announced its will to expand into console data coverage in future product phases.
GamesMarkt was able to access the tool at launch. According to AppMagic’s data, over 10,000 new games have launched on Steam in 2025. Two thirds of PC game revenue on Steam comes from base game sales, with the remaining third from downloadable content and in-game purchases. Over 1000 titles have already surpassed $1 million in revenue so far this year, including a dozen games that have crossed the $100 million mark.
“PC gaming has long lacked the kind of structured, accessible data that mobile developers rely on every day,” said Max Samorukov, CEO of AppMagic. “With this launch, we’re taking a big step toward changing that and giving studios a clearer, cross-platform view of their opportunities.”
