With Fabian Furch’s departure, one of the two founders of the EarlyGame Group is leaving the company, which defines itself as a mix of media publishing and agency. Furch plans to take on new challenges in the fields of sports, gaming, and start-ups. His business partner, Leopold Ingelheim, will continue to run EarlyGame.

Fabian Furch will carry out his final official duties as co-founder and managing director of the EarlyGame Group during the final show of this year's EarlyGame Awards—a project created in collaboration with the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, which raises funds for disadvantaged children each year.

"After more than five years, the time has come for me to build something new. We have built EarlyGame into a successful and well-known brand in a very short time, one that stands on stable legs and will be continued by my co-founder Leopold as managing director," says Fabian Furch.

Furch and Leopold Ingelheim founded EarlyGame in 2019 as a brand combining media publishing and a creative agency. Initially launched as a news platform, the agency side of the business continued to grow. EarlyGame's clients include Jochen Schweizer, Euronics, and the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance company. Olympia Verlag, the publisher of kicker, also became a shareholder in EarlyGame through various financing rounds.

Furch says he is eager to take on new challenges in the areas of sports, gaming, and start-ups.
