NG26 Spring (Nordic Game) will take place again in Malmö at the end of May 2026. The organisers have now announced the first confirmed speakers and opened the call for speakers.

The next Nordic Game conference will take place in Malmö from 26 to 29 May 2026. Once again, the event will be held at the Slagthuset venue, and early bird passes are now on sale. The first speakers have now been announced. Rasmus Heeger (Lead Designer) and Søren Lauge Boll (Game Director) from the Danish studio Funday Studios will be taking to the main stage to talk about how they adapted the Deep Rock Galactic universe for Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor. They will explain how they have combined reverse bullet hell with the lore of Deep Rock Galactic to ensure the adaptation remains faithful to the franchise's spirit.

The Nordic Game has also launched a call for speakers for NG26 Spring (Speaker Program submissions). Interested presenters are invited to pitch their ideas before the deadline on 2 April 2026. This year's programme will feature sessions in various fields: Game Design, Programming, Technology, AI, Mobile, Art, Audio and Business. "We're prioritizing fresh perspectives on AI-driven creativity, mobile gaming trends, and cutting-edge design techniques to reflect the evolving landscape. Sessions should spark debate, captivate audiences, and deliver crisp insights - keep titles punchy and descriptions irresistible. (...) For this years' edition of the Nordic Game speaker program, talks covering AI, mobile, and game design will be prioritised,"  said the organisers.
