Challengermode is now the tournament platform for Brawlhalla. This new partnership with Ubisoft's Blue Mammoth Games studio will support Brawlhalla's competitive scene and community.

Challengermode, a global esports and competitive gaming platform based in Sweden, has announced a strategic partnership with Ubisoft Studio Blue Mammoth Games, developers of the fighting game Brawlhalla. As part of this new collaboration, Challengermode will become the esports and community platform for the game. The first Brawlhalla community events will take place in mid-April 2025, leading to support for official championship competitions starting in May. "Brawlhalla events will benefit from robust features that streamline tournament management and participation to accommodate both community growth and large-scale, international competitions," the companies said.

"We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Blue Mammoth Games and to support the passionate Brawlhalla community," said Philip Hübner, CBDO of Challengermode. "Following our work with other Ubisoft studios, we're excited to bring our proven technology and expertise into the vibrant world of fighting games with Blue Mammoth Games and Brawlhalla. This partnership underscores our commitment to providing players and organizers alike with unparalleled competitive experiences."

Challengermode's automated tournament technology is used by game publishers including EA, Riot Games, Epic Games, Ubisoft and Tencent. Every month, Challengermode claims to power more than 400,000 competitions, ranging from community-run events to global Tier 1 tournaments. To meet the demands of competitive fighting games, Challengermode is expanding its platform features, improving organiser tools, tournament capabilities and the user experience for both players and organisers.

"We are excited to be partnering with Challengermode as they bring their best-in-class platform to Brawlhalla. This partnership provides our players with a brand new home for our Esport that makes competing easier than ever," said Mateo Palfreman, Head of Esports for Blue Mammoth Games.
