As equal shareholders, the joint venture between My.games and Crazybit will develop PC and console games. A first title is already in the early stages of development.

My.Games secures additional resources in the field of PC and console game development through its participation in the 50-50 joint venture with Crazybit. Together, the two companies plan to create a whole wave of new games. A first title is already in the early stages of development. Details are not yet available.

Crazybit was founded in 2024 and emerged from a browser games and mobile games company. Its founder is Boris Gertsovsky, who also serves as CPO at Crazybit. According to the company, Crazybit aims to deliver gaming experiences through the use of AI and emotional design.

“It’s great to find a partner like My.Game – a team that shares your creative vision and offers full support backed by years of proven expertise in developing visually rich games and a best-in-class tech stack," said Boris Gertsovsky, Founder & CPO at Crazybit. "This partnership feels like a strong match — both teams quickly found common ground in terms of product vision, development approach, and the steps needed to move our first title forward with confidence."

"We’ve reimagined our approach to PC and console development and are bringing it up to date – including plans to work with external IPs, drawing on our extensive legacy in game development," said Elena Grigorian, CEO at My.Games. "This partnership is a major step in that direction."
