Ernst Greckl, previously "Manager Commercial Operations", has been promoted to authorised signatory (Prokurist in German) of Wild River Games. In addition, the company's headquarters have been relocated from Munich to Ismaning.

Wild River Games has promoted Ernst Greckl to authorised signatory. He has been with the company since 2023 as "Manager Commercial Operations" and will continue to work directly with CEO Ralf Gronwald. In response to GamesMarkt's enquiry, Gronwald said: "Ernst's appointment as authorised signatory is a further step in his important role at Wild River Games, which is now also formally established as the authorised representative of the managing director."

In addition, the company's headquarters have now officially moved from Munich to Ismaning, where the office and development studio are also located, which is currently working on a new project based on an internationally renowned licence. "The relocation itself took place in the summer of 2021 and was a step we wanted to take as a consequence of the separation from the former shareholder Telepool GmbH. This change has now been entered in the commercial register," says Gronwald.

The new address is: Wild River Games GmbH, Erich-Zeitler-Str. 1, 85737 Ismaning, Germany.
